domain registration, SSL, and related services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes will
constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Services Offered
- Hosting Services: We provide shared hosting
services designed to support personal and business websites.
- Domain Registration: Think Hosting offers domain name registration, renewal, and
management services in partnership with accredited registrars.
- SSL Certificates: We provide Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates to help secure
websites and protect data.
3. Account and Eligibility
- Account Creation: You must provide accurate and current
information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and are liable for activities performed under your
account.
- Eligibility: By using Think Hosting, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into these
Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Terms
- Billing and Fees: Payment for services must be made in advance according
to the selected package plan. Hosting, domain, and SSL services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Renewal: Unless you cancel, your
services will automatically renew at the end of the initial term at the then-current price. You authorize Think Hosting to process payment using the method provided during
registration.
- Late Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Domain Name
Registration
- Registration and Renewal: Think Hosting provides domain registration services in partnership with accredited domain registrars.
Domain registration is subject to the terms of the specific registry, and Think Hosting will assist in the registration and renewal process.
- Transfers:
You may transfer your domain name to another registrar, subject to applicable transfer policies.
- Ownership: You are the registrant and owner of the
domain name. Think Hosting acts only as an intermediary.
6. Hosting Services
- Use of Services: Think Hosting's services
are provided on an \"as is\" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The customer is responsible for managing their website content.
- Bandwidth and Storage: Hosting packages come with specified bandwidth and storage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional fees or suspension
of services.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Think Hosting's services for illegal activities, spamming, distributing malware, or engaging in any
activity that may harm the reputation of Think Hosting or disrupt other customers.
7. SSL Certificates
- Provision of SSL:
SSL certificates are available through Think Hosting. Once issued, you are responsible for installing and maintaining the SSL on your server.
- Warranty:
SSL certificates are backed by the issuer’s warranty. Think Hosting provides no additional warranty for SSL services.
- Renewal and Expiry: SSL certificates
must be renewed before their expiry to maintain site security. Think Hosting will assist in the renewal process, but it is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal.

Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and data. Any personal information collected is used solely for providing services

9. Cancellations and Refunds
- Hosting: You may cancel hosting services at any time. Refunds are issued at Think Hosting’s discretion, and pro-rata refunds may apply for cancellations made within a specified period (e.g., within 30 days of service activation).
- Domains: Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable.
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are typically non-refundable once issued.
10. Suspension and Termination
- Account Suspension: Think Hosting reserves the right to suspend accounts for non-payment, violation of acceptable use policies, or other reasons deemed necessary.
- Termination: Think Hosting may terminate your account for breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all data and content related to your account may be deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
Think Hosting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or loss of business.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Think Hosting from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
